Irma Wooliever


		Irma Wooliever is a Healing Touch Practitioner, registered yoga teacher, and Reiki master as well as a meditation instructor in the Kelee Meditation technique. In her private healing practice, Irma uses Healing Touch and Reiki for a wide range of clients of all ages. In addition to working with people to provide pain and stress relief, she also works with cancer survivors. Irma’s extensive knowledge of anatomy and breath work and her experience as a yoga teacher make her uniquely qualified to provide healing services that help her clients return to wellness and balance. Irma has completed Levels 1-5 of the Healing Touch Certificate Program of Healing Touch Internationa l of Lakewood, Colorado, and is now a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner. Irma teaches the Kelee Meditation at the Kelee organization in Oceanside, California. The Kelee technique is an easy-to-learn meditation practice that is appropriate for anyone regardless of religious or spiritual affiliation. Because Irma has seen the profound effect of meditation in her own life, she is passionate about sharing it with others. As she explains, “The beauty of meditation is its ability to quiet your mind so you can see your spirit smile.” As a caring and supportive yoga teacher, Irma teaches a well-rounded restorative yoga class and also offers private yoga sessions. As a healer, she incorporates the powerful, soothing energy of Reiki and Healing Touch into her yoga classes as she helps her students tune into their own life-force energy and capacity for self-healing. Meditation is an important element in Irma’s yoga classes, and her guidance allows her students to quiet their minds and go within. For Irma, yoga is both physical and spiritual, and her mission is to inspire her students to experience this beautiful ancient practice at a deeper level. Irma is registered with Yoga Alliance, the internationally recognized yoga association at the 200-hour level and holds the designation RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher). Based in Carlsbad, California, Irma teaches and works with clients in North County San Diego and southern Orange County including Oceanside, Encinitas, Escondido, Vista and San Clemente. Irma also works remotely with clients in other geographic areas across the U.S.
